At Trinity, we believe that God intends His church to be a place of fellowship and that He ordained a day of rest for His people for the purpose of public and private worship. On the first Sunday of each month, we meet in the evenings at a member's house to close out our Lord's Day with fellowship. At these informal gatherings, we sing hymns, pray for the needs of our church, and receive teaching. Usually, an elder reads a chapter of God's Word aloud and explains its meaning and application. Since beginning this ministry, we have completed 2 Corinthians and now are reading from 1 Thessalonians. We also have occasional ministry updates or an extended time of prayer for exigent needs of our church.
Evening Fellowship is intended for all Trinity attendees and is a great way to get to know fellow members. Our hosts graciously provide coffee, and attendees often bring food to share with others. We do not offer formal childcare at these events, but children are welcome to sit with their parents during fellowship, use a playroom (supervised as appropriate), or play outside. This is an excellent opportunity to train our children to listen attentively to the Word, sing praises, and pray with fellow saints.

In churches large and small, worship is biblically conducted with the entire local assembly of the family of God together, with the opportunity to participate alongside many other believers in the proper worship of our Triune God. Discipleship and personal involvement in the church community often thrive in smaller, more personal groups, where the environment allows for more intimate sharing, confession, growth, prayer, and accountability. At Trinity, we endorse and support these groups for all the spiritual health and benefits that they offer to individuals, families, and the entire church.
Throughout Trinity's history, we have had many small groups of various sizes meet and study materials ranging from books of the Bible, the Heidelberg Catechism, and Christian ethics. Some groups review the weekly sermon or pray for an extended period of time after sharing requests. As our other ministries have grown and hosted more fellowship events, we have seen the demand for these groups lessen. Nevertheless, the TPC session maintains its support for any member wishing to facilitate a community group.

We currently support two Community Groups. One meets weekly on Wednesday evenings in Crofton while the other meets on bi-weekly on Sunday afternoons in Crofton. To get connected to a Community Group, please reach out to the Community Group Oversight Elder, Ben Zintak. You can also read our official Guidelines for TPC Community Groups.
Since 2019, the Trinity Supper Club program has been an informal way to foster fellowship and help Trinity members get to know one another better. Every six to nine months, we offer signups for a new season of Supper Club. Groups of three to four households are formed, with the goal of sharing a meal in each other's homes a few times over the duration of the Supper Club season. These groups help long-time members meet people they might not have met before and can also help newer members feel integrated into the church community.
Once we solicit interest and have a roster of interested families, our Supper Club coordinator works to form logistically convenient groups that encourage new friendships. We have seen growth in genuine spiritual intimacy since beginning this program and are pleased to continue to facilitate this fellowship opportunity.
